It does say that issues can happen on DX12, so I just turned it to DX11 and never thought to. Ignore the fact the comment says to make sure the N7 should disappear. Solved: So I initially thought this was a problem in the game. Load game - set the HDR calibrations to default and you should be pretty good. In Nvidia Control Panel make sure you have Monitor on best setting with the Ultra HD,HD,SD setting example being mine is 4kx2k, 3840x2160 If you are not found for Hdr Too Dark learn about causes and treatments. In windows Display settings - make sure HDR turned on and set HDR to 50% I run a RTX 3080 but same process should work for any Nvid card, sorry AMD people i dont know the software for you guys.
